Return & Refund Policy

When Can I apply for a Return ?

 

  1. Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories), replacement will be given.
  2. Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
  3. Received a product with more than 50% physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, broken) 
  4. Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)
  5. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange of new product. FHMM FLORA STUDIO will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their exchange within 14 days after the confirmation.

 

Under what conditions is/are the product Non-Returnable ? 

  1. In the interests of hygiene : Chocolate, Cake, Candy, Personal Care Products and All Types of Food & Beverages product cannot be RETURNED
  2. The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
  3. The item has no defects. You've changed you're mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere. 
  4. Strictly NO RETURN / REFUND on Fresh Flower Products and Balloon Products. Unless the item arrives in poor condition. Eg,  50% of the items are none usable / 50% of the flowers are withered or dead. Damages of products like flowers, gift box set, balloons shall complaint to us upon successful delivery. Replacement will only be given if item arrives in poor condition.

 

No REFUND Policy

Changed your mind and cancellation of order confirmation due to an error that is not caused by FHMM FLORA STUDIO will not be accepted, and there will be 2 options offer.

  1. Store credit of equal value to your paid amount for future purchase OR
  2. 30% cancellation charge of the items/order cancelled, balance of 70% will be refund.
